Honestly i am amazed how hard people work there despite the full occupancy , always smile on their faces and giving it 100% , good hotel , we loved the snorkelling amazing fish and coral reefs , just take a beach shoes with you it is a rocky beach , Employees always at your service and very respectful and friendly

Kids club never opens as written , not often available .

Perfect site, comfortable rooms, Staff made all efforts to make us pleased. Thanks to Mr Hosaam's choice for rooms, Mr khaled for dinner, pool bar staff and housekeeping.

The restaurant buffet was poor. They have many materials with no ceraitvety , How come the lobby bar serve with charge for all inclusive reservations,

I enjoyed my stay

Majority of staff is friendly, helpful and professional and I would specifically recognize the receptionist Moustafa, the pool chef Mahmoud Elsayed, the pool bar tender Hossam Walid, and the house keeper Ramadan, the animation team Antonio, Moustafa, and Aynoura, and Walid from diving center. The food is good with variations at the main restaurants The place is clean Beds are wide and comfortable Nabq is quite nice and safe place to hang out

No enough sun beds around the pools No one welcomes you at the entrance Pillows are not comfortable No variety of food at the pool No enough tented slots for cars

Nice location, great view but just fair catering experience and not good entertainment plans

The staff is very nice and the beach is great and clean with some nice places to snorkel the view is fascinating so overall experience is very good

The catering hasn't enough variety and the taste is just fair nothing fancy about it and the reception bar is not the part of the inclusive pack lately the night shows weren't good enough

Very good ,thanks to the staff.

The place is beautiful, all the staff are cheerful and wonderfully helpful, especially at the reception (Mina) and in the restaurant the chef (Amro). The gardeners are excellent. The room is very clean and has a good area. The beach is mostly rocky, but there is a scaffold for snorkeling. I will definitely return to the place, God willing.

The TV screen is small and the channels are few and not arranged.

Great facility with excellent staff, highly recommend!

The staff was very courteous and accommodating, I would like to extend my appreciation to the reception manager Mr. Wael who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great as well as the dining staff. The entertainment team was great and made my stay enjoyable, special thanks to the young lady on the team. The food is delicious and there were ample dining options. The room is spacious and clean and the balcony was a great addition.

The beach is made of mostly coral so I wish I knew about this before booking as it makes it difficult to walk barefoot on the beach front or swim. Also the pool closes early, a night swim would have been fun.

Amazing setting and views, right by the beach. Extremely friendly staff who are helpful. Great hospitality. All inclusive drinks meals and snacks are great.

Wonderful

We really enjoyed our short stay in this resort. The meals and drinks were satisfying. The hotel staff were generally helpful, with a slight language barrier for English-speaking customers. The view from the sea view room was superb; highly recommended. The general comfort of the room was decent. Air conditioning and minibar were doing their best in hot August. The private beach was really wide, with really nice sand. Both pools were clean, with lifeguards on duty all the time. This is not a high-level music-blasting disco hotel so better for people who are looking for some peace and quiet. Thank you.

I didn't notice it before booking that it's a family oriented hotel. So it wasn't any entertainment after 10pm. I get used to have more loud night time. But it was my bad. So, it's nothing to complain.

Service is very good, all the staff is very helpful and cooperative, high level of hospitality and support, very clean, nice people and great service. Special thanks to: Mr. Abdulsalam at the front desk Mr. Mohamed abdelmonem at Reviera restaurant. Mr. Ramadan at the house keeping.
